Your clients send you their Tally data every month and ask what to do about the money stuck in receivables. Right now the honest reply is "chase the old ones" — because working out who genuinely deserves a call means going customer by customer.
No connector required on the client's machine — you upload the same Outstandings export you're already being sent. If a client automates their own exports with our optional connector, that's on their machine, not yours.
Read-only by construction — there is no write path to Tally. Nothing gets posted, nothing gets marked paid, and no reconciliation of yours is disturbed.
Total, DSO, ageing, behavioural segments and disputes on the first upload. The free tier alone answers "how bad is it" without an account.
Invoices held back over a delivery or GST dispute look identical to slow payment in an ageing report. Surfacing one is a conversation worth having with any client.
"Your DSO is 51 days" is a number your client nods at and forgets. "These three customers owe you ₹11 lakh, one of them is sitting on a dispute nobody chased, and these five you should leave completely alone" is advice they act on that afternoon.
It's the same file. The difference is that each customer is measured against their own payment history rather than a common yardstick — which is the analysis you'd do by hand if there were time for it.
Run it yourself. Take a client's Outstandings and Bills Cleared exports, upload both, and read the plan. Nothing is stored unless you're signed in, and the free health check needs no account at all — so you can try it on real data before deciding anything.
Or point them at it. It's self-serve and priced for an SMB to buy without involving you. They export, they upload, they work their own list. You aren't taking on a support burden.
Multiple clients? Each business needs its own workspace, since the analysis learns from one ledger's history. If you'd handle several, get in touch — we'd rather hear how you actually work before building something for it.
We'd rather list these here than have you find them in front of a client.
Advising clients on payables too? Section 43B(h) — the 45-day MSME payment rule covers what changed, who it applies to, and how to track it before a deduction gets disallowed.
