From you: your email address, your business name, and any mobile numbers you enter for your customers.
From your upload: customer names, invoice references, amounts, invoice and due dates, and payment dates. We do not extract your profit, expenses, salaries, bank details or tax filings, and we do not want them.
Automatically: a random identifier stored in a cookie so we can measure how many visitors reach each step of the product, plus basic error logs.
To produce your collection plan, to compare uploads over time so we can show you what got collected, and to send you the emails you have asked for. We rely on performance of our contract with you as the legal basis.
Your uploads contain information about your customers. You remain responsible for that data; we process it only on your instructions and only to deliver this service. We do not contact your customers. Reminder messages are sent by you, from your own WhatsApp or phone.
We do not sell data.
Data is stored in Mumbai, India (AWS ap-south-1), encrypted in transit and at rest.
Uploads are kept while your account is active so we can show month-on-month progress. If you delete your account, everything is removed within 30 days. Invoices we must retain for tax purposes are kept as required by Indian law.
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. The delete button in Settings removes it immediately and permanently. For anything else, email support@fundreap.com and we will respond within 30 days.
One that keeps you signed in, and one random identifier used to measure the signup funnel. On the public marketing pages only, Meta's advertising pixel also sets its own cookies to measure ad performance — this is not present inside the signed-in app.
