1. Who we are

This service is operated by Pooja Srivastava, trading as India Fashion World (GSTIN 36EBXPS2070A1ZF), 3-1/CV/SSR/201, Sri Kadimcherla Koushik, Gachibowli Miyapur Road, Kondapur, Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Telangana 500084, India. Contact: support@fundreap.com.

2. What the service does

You upload accounting exports. We analyse them and produce a suggested collection plan: which customers to contact, in what order, and draft reminder text.

Our output is a suggestion, not advice. You decide who to contact and what to send. We are not a debt collection agency, we do not contact your customers, and we do not act on your behalf. All communication with your customers is sent by you, from your own accounts.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm you are authorised to upload the data you upload.
You are responsible for what you send to your customers, including compliance with applicable law and with WhatsApp's and your telecom provider's rules.
You must not use the service to harass anyone.
Keep your sign-in email secure. Anyone with access to it can access your account.

4. Accuracy

Our analysis depends entirely on the data you provide. Incomplete or incorrect exports produce incorrect conclusions. In particular, our "likely dispute" flag is a statistical signal, not a finding of fact — always verify before acting.

We do not guarantee that any amount will be recovered.

5. Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Razorpay, plus GST at the applicable rate. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. See our refund policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business, or damage to customer relationships.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are used unlawfully.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
